Bug fix and tweaks

Bug fixes
1. Carolean ability wasn't working so I changed it to +10 CS.
2. Promotion prerequisites wasn't referring to the correct promotions.

Tweaks
1. Added ignore terrain to +1 movement promotion.
2. Text updates for Heroes mode.
