Way over Supply Limit, no effect.

I'm way over my supply limit for units in my current game and as far as I can tell I am suffering no penalty of any kind from it. Shouldn't I be taking a big production hit? I keep spamming out units and nothing happens.

Saved game attached. Supply limit 44, used 60, net supply -16.

thanks for the save file, loaded it up. You are looking at the military adviser screen. Trade units do not count against the supply limit, and in my opinion should be broken out...

here is a screen shot after I built more military units....

you have 18 trade units, so 65-18=47 supply is 46 so 1 over for a -10% production

Thanks! So not technically a bug though I think any interface which presents you with the information "Supply 46, used 65, deficit 1" is of extremely questionable utility! The only way to know if you're near your supply limit is to manually count your trade units and subtract the number from your "In Use".

So, yeah, that's not good.

It does need looked at, as the logic is flawed, and misleading.

Agreed that the Military Overview screen is, at best, misleading.
