Ok. I've stopped playing until some patches come out and fix the glaring problems. But honestly, everyone needs to calm down and think back to the months leading up to the release. I seem to recall everyone wanting this game so bad - so bad to the point that we would have taken the game in beta status just so we could play it and experience the next level of Civ. Well, we all got exactly that and we should be happy for it. The game was released too early but I for one am happy to have clocked my 30 hours into it. Because thats better than no hours at all. And now I can wait anxiously for the problems to get solved and the 'complete' version to be released. And if you think about it this way, well then, then seems to be a pretty awesome way of releasing such a highly anticipated, huge game that is sure to have some bugs. Not to mention the civ fans and modding community is unlike anything else. You can't mimic his type of beta test group. And we are all doing an exceptional job of making civ 5 the best of the series by contributing to forums like this. The game isnt awesome yet. But I think that we can help to make it fantastic.

For me its not what the game is (bugs, features) that disappoints me...

Its what it isn't, that makes me very sad (angry).

Luckely CFC is full of talented modders that will make the best out of Civ V.
Its just a HUGE failure from Firaxis/2K that this has got to be done, before the game is 2 weeks old.
For me there is absolutely no fun in playing Civ 5 (bugs or not), and I had to force myself to take "1 more turn".

Sad but true.
