Wow. I never expected such an overwhelming vote of confidence in my abilities as a powerless figurehead. I'm totally shocked! I feel like I should make a speech or something (Luckily I just happen to have a little something prepared for the occasion...)

My fellow Civfanatics. We have waited long enough, scheming, mapping, double-irrigating. But now our time has come.
