I can't dig it!

Last night a burgalar sneaked into our house via a loose window
and nicked my old man's £1400 Digi-camera!
Luckily that's the only thing this thieving scummo took.

My paw seen a ned in a white tracksuit retreating down the street...he didn't follow for fear of violence.

My 6-stone german dog is usually banned from the living room becuase he wrecks the chairs, but if he had been in that part of the house there would have been a massacre!

My area has mostly retired couples living here, so junke boy thought he was onto a winner...he was.

Wherever this vile junkie is, I hope he enjoys his smack, then expires.

I HATE THIEVES!

MERRY XMAS! NOT!

Sorry to hear that, Curt.
I hope the filthy no good scumbag dies slow. I do not like crims of any description.
The sooner they get rid of the lot of them, the better.
If you find the dirty fecker, Curt, just put up the Darkshade signal in the sky, and I'll pop over as quick as possible for a prolonged game of
"Kick a ned!"

BTW, a 6 stone German shepherd is one good way to prevent crime, 13 rounds of jacketed hollow point ammunition in a trusty Browning 9 milly is another that I personally recommend.:slay:

I'm sorry to hear that man.

I know how much it can suck :( .

I hope they catch them bastiches.

 Count me in!

Ha ha! Now those neds shall pay for their comments and actions!

This has happened to me twice in Glasgow.

I once was robbed, last year same time. I heard a noise in the living room when I was in my bedroom, where I keep my LOADED walther. Picked the thing up, shot a wall. It probably scared the s*** out of him!

Note- I would have shot him if it wasn't right near the Police station:rolleyes: Naa, Im a nice guy, would have played a nice game of drink the motoring oil:D

Thanks, fellow fanatics.

I'm sure you all know how annoying it can be.

Bigbird, thanks as well,
I hope we can move on from any past misunderstandings...

:goodjob:

To date I've never been robbed, mugged or burgled. This may be because I'm very safety conscious, it may be because I'm very lucky. I don't know.

Any big dog will do for keeping burglars at bay.

barring that - shotguns are wonderful cuz you don't need to aim.

You guys in the USA are lucky, In the UK only the gangsters and farmers have firearms.

If only I had a 12 gauge last night!

:goodjob:

I would think the lengthy prison sentence would descrese the euphoria. :D

And only mad farmers use them. :D Well, shooting somebody in the back whilst they're running away from you and making your home into a veritable fortress of traps doesn't seem sane to me. Probably my upbringing or something :D

Not if you sneak the gun into prison with you!

That's why the dog is the first line of defense, if that don't scare him off, then he is serious, and then I get to be serious with a round of buckshot.

BTW your second quote of me (about farmers in the UK) was not my quote.

Sorry to hear that Curt. We had a burglar, or 3, come into our house on the day before Thanksgiving last year. Took our Cell Phones, my DVD-Player, all my DVDs, and a brand new football that we bought for my brother in-law for that X-mas! Luckly they left our computers alone. We were insured but I found out that day that it was a 250$ deductable instead of the 100$ that they quoted over there phone (lesson: read you policy!!!).
I still haven't replaced the DVD-Player, which was a gift to myself for graduation of PLDC, but I was able to pay off a few bills a little bit sooner. :D
BTW, what is a ned, and if it is a racial slur, please remove it.

Ned = it is basically a term used to describe a thug in that part of the world -usually they are 'wee' neds.

Our house has been broken into twice in the last 4 months...both times I was absent and the burglers were disturbed the second time...

1st time we were at my grandfathers funeral so we weren't able to stop our 3 fastest computers being nicked...2nd time me and my brother were at university...the thieves wouldn't have had a good selection of computeres this time...but the hole they made in the glass let the cats in and they went to wake my parents up for food -thus the robbers were foiled having tried in vain to find some cash in our house

Hey Curt, sorry to hear about that. Stupid burglars.

I hate the feeling of being robbed. You feel...violated. It's not so much the property taken than the feeling that you're personal space was invaded by strangers.

Keep an eye on those neighbors Curt, someone you know may have been behind this felony if they knew specifically what to take.

Damn, we were lucky the thug only took one item!

Those bums took much more from you, it's the subsequent stress and worry that is the worst!

Worry not, Palehorse, Ned is a Scots term for what you guys in the USA would call "hoods". They are normally unreasonable thugs or thieves.

These ruffians are easily spotted by thier guady sports gear and range from the very dense to incredibily cunning.

They are known as casuals or townies in the wider UK area.

As of tonight my giant Schnauzer hound is allowed to roam the house, any ned trying to get in via a window now will be minus a leg!

:D

Sorry to hear it Curt :( We had a chap of similar mindset prowling around my garage this fall, until my 2 year old airedale woke up :D He never got a chance at the 'ned' though, who was hauling @$$ up the street by the time I reached the roadway with my trusty Louisville Slugger :p

THen my dog went nuts and jumped a cop that came to investigate  Needless to say they nailed the bastard a couple weeks later.
