Hey guys, I originally thought this was a Warlords issue, but acording to my screenshot I got it in Civ4 1.61.
Anyway, every now and then the terrain goes sort of a 'negative' and the system really slows down. Sometimes it goes back to normal, other it doesn't.
Any ideas what it could be? I would think at first it could be the video drivers, but I don't think that explains the slowdown during the time the graphics goes crazy.
