First, sorry if this is a question that's been answered before.
I just purchased the Complete Edition yesterday, after reading about it in connection with an article on Civilization V. Install seemed to go fine, although very slow. I'm running it on an E-Machine (snarky comments welcome; I'm not particularly fond of it, but it does what I need it to) with Windows 7 Premium Home Edition.
So I ran the tutorial, and everything seemed to be working, but the text information on the left side is cut off. Menu bars and everything else seem to be in correct proportion and fit the horizontal space precisely, but it's like the text box thinks the screen should be wider, and puts its left margin off-screen.
Any thoughts on this? Anyone else experience it? How to solve it?
