You can change governments by entering the Domestic Advisor screen and clicking on the bar containing the name of your government type. If you attempt this when your government type is Anarchy:

How do you take Screenshots? An Inudstrial Aged Russia offered me 244 gold (pet turn) along with thall their treasury for Oil once. Sad part was that they didn't even have the tech to build tanks yet :)

Most keyboards should include a key called "Print Screen." This may be abbreviated to PrntScrn or something along those lines. (It's often to the right of the F12 key.)

When you want to take a screenshot, press the Print Screen key. Save and quit the game.

Now open a graphics program (I have Paint Shop Pro; I think MS Paint comes free on most Windows machines). Paste the image into the program and save it, preferably as a .gif or .jpg file.

Voila!

Has anyone noticed Montezuma in later parts of the game? He has a dartboard in the background and in the bulls eye is a picture of the leader that he is most upset with. I was playing the Americans and I noticed Lincoln in the dartboard. Several turns later I talked with Montezuma again and saw Xerxes (who all of us were ganging up on) in the dartboard. :D

I started a game, just to purposely lose right away. I made my only citizen in my only city an entertainer, then was building a worker. I abandoned my capital, and lost the game. A couple of my opponents said something like: "Sometimes you just have to run into a brick wall, get back up, and run into it again".

Has anyone that the spaceship looks like a big D!CK with 5 balls?

I had an ally graciously refuse a gift of 750 gold, when they had only 300 or so gold, and 3 enemies attacking them from the same continent. Very bizzare

Now it was time to register.

A good one that maybe is completly of track is the following.
For me it leads me to Terry Pratchett's Discworld books right away. Where one of the characters is Cut me own Throat Dibbler

One time, i had the zulus down to 1 size one city and after trying to extort 2 gold they told me to go find someone a lot smaller to pick on. One size one city, how much smaller can it get!!!!

Bismarck in a game demanded quite an amount of tribute from me and when I gave it to him, he said something like:
"Ah, you are a most excellent boot-licker."

While fighting the americans (and winning) they tried to convince me
to make peace because acording to them it was going badly for me.

What Lincon said was something like:

You look like you were just in a hatchet fight and everyone but you had a hatchet.

well you see, there is a nastry rumor going around. People say that you attacked rome when you had this specific diplomatic agreement with them.

Talking to Joan D'ark when i tried to get a ROP over 1000 years after the rome incident. Plus we were good allies with an MPP. come on it was 900 years since my last way and 1000 since i broke my word. Sheesh
