LMR!, I too think that it would be good to have a "Peasant" equivalent unit for the elves (This would fill the same spot as the Skavenslave.). But we lack gfx for that, or have I missed something?
Well, how about these oldies but goldies by Kindred72? They always looked elvish to me… :mischief:
And the scout is definitely a 1.1.2! ;)

Edit: I agree about the Estalians, they often grow really powerful in my random map games.

Yah, that sword dude looks elvish (preshley ;)), he just needs to be blond :)
Yep, he's a First Age elf, before the discovery of the secret of hydrogen peroxide :D

:lol::lol: you sound like Sean Connery!!

The scout has a hood (so you can imagine it to have barbie-like hair :)), maybe it can be a HE Shadow Warrior or something, although that would probably be better as an assassin-type unit

The swordsman is fine IMO as a DE Warrior

I'm not so fond of those units. I'll think about the dagger babe, but I don't see a reason to add yet another swordsman in the wrong place.
And I don't see the hair colour as a problem, as this would be a start unit, available before the elf civs split up (if you're looking "historically" on it).

BTW, LMR!, your sig is getting too big.

@Tradgardssmurfen (I had to copy-paste your name, first three attepmts had type-os ;)) - Scytale`s latest map is still unbalanced (but he`ll update it when 2.5 comes out :woohoo:), and I was talking about Estalia being a superpower on random maps ;)
Well, when I wrote the Estalians had been a real pain in the butt in most of my previous games, I meant in random map games.

Actually, it's Trädgårdssmurfen, but you can call me Smurfen or Smurf for short.

Beastmen, like many things in the Warhammer World, has undergone certain transformations. Currently, "classical" centaurs have no recognized rôle, but the Beastmen field "Centigors" (beastman torsos on horse-like bodies) and the Chaos Dwarfs field "Bull Centaurs" (dwarf torsos on bovine bodies).

BoC didn't have an army list until about 3 years ago, and Centaurs didn't have a model until about 13 years ago! But uhh, Centaurs are Chaotic in Warhammer. I obviously can't comment on your research, and they may in fact hate Beastmen, but that doesn't mean they wouldn't fight in the same bands...

...What countries can build the Knightly orders? Estalia, Tilea, Westerland, Empire, Kislev and Bretonnia, right?
Not Bretonnia.
And yes, the reason that Estalia is sometimes a pain is that they're Agr.
BTW, a good civ to play when you're trying to play a new difficulty level is Kislev, as they're both Agricultural (early growth helps the settler spamming) and Expansionist (no barbs, and maybe a free early settler and techs).
