Hi everyone, can you tell me your favorite civ3 scenarios(preferably civfanatics) so I can have an idea of whats good and what isn't?:)Thanks!

For me two that really stand out are The cold war deluxe, and the Vietnam war scenario both by El Justo. He did a great job of using the Civ engine to create what would be worthwhile games in thier own right.

Others I've really enjoyed are escape from zombie island (good silly fun!), world war 1 and the American Civil war one.

Heck they're all pretty good, there's a lot of talented folks out there! :goodjob:, but the cold war one in particular is sheer and utter brilliance. The amount of time put into it must have been amazing. The detail is astounding.

I will put in my recommendation for two scenarios that come with the game, those being the Age of Discovery, which I actually enjoy playing in the standard game without any modification, and TETurkhan's Test of Time.

The cold war on sounds like a killer scenario. do you have a link for it?

Escape from Zombie island II(best scenario (remake)ever made), Camelot, Going viking remake. - My faves.

Id say TGW 2.1 and the Europe 1910-1945

Age of Imperialism, MEM II, Twilight of Byzantium, Escape from Zombie Island II, and WW2 Global

in my opinion, those are the best scenarios

INEMONH is a pretty cool mod. And the creator isn't that bad, either.

Nice self-promotion! :goodjob: I've always kind of wanted to try your mod though, after all with a name like that it just sounds like it would be good.

Sadly I've never gotten around to downloading any Civ III mods. Another thing I'll be doing sometime.

Oh, well I never tried actually pronouncing it as an acronym. I always went with the full "Insert Epic Mod Name Here". Now that you put it that way, I'm not so sure I want to play it anymore...

:joke: Nah, though it is funny that I never thought of it as an acronym even though it does work as one.

Age of Imperialism, Th Cod War: The Fifties, The Great War, The RIse and Fall of the Roman Empire, Medival Europe Mod, the list could go on and on depending on your computer's specs. I've just about killed my computer from downloading so much civ 3 stuff :mischief:

really? maybe because i'm relatively new to this site compared to some, but i always pronounce it as an acronym, and it usually comes out something like "In a month" or "In one month." its always worked for me, because i've never forgetten that one, so its a good acronym

i guess subconciously i think it still isn't out yet, because i never expect it to be there because of its name :p
