ok, here is what you do. when you see a smily you like, push the edit button for that post. read to where the smily would be, and it should look something like this:

(img)www.civfanatics.com/uploads/something.gif(img)

{ the ( and ) will look like [ and ] }

drag your mouse over it, and copy/paste it to your post. some good smilies in the middle finger post in comments/suggestions page.
