Hey guys, I just completed this game as the vikings, and I just want to know what I could improve on (besides winning earlier...) Any input you guys can give would be great, I really think I could move up to prince soon, but im not too sure. Thanks in advance :D

You should try and generate more great people. At the moment Nidaros produces only 24 GPP with the national epic and you generated only 13 Great people in 1958.

Because of the moai status and the national epic you now can't get Oxford in Nidaros. You also have only 5 universities.

I would have switched to free speech some time ago. Nationhood could also be good because you have unhappiness problems, maybe even police state.
Both state property and free market are better than mercantilism. (in case of state property you shouldn't have found corporations)

You could have generated a prophet for the hindu shrine.

As batavier mentions it, it looks like you don't specialize enough - not having ideas about civic-combinations to suit your strategy, not having planned NatWonder combos, aiming for coorps when you would make good use of State Property, poor control of GP generation (as mentioned, a Shrine would've helped).

Oh, and your spelling. There is no such sentance as "what can I improve on?"

If 'What can I improve on?' is not a sentence then the problem is grammar, not spelling.

Ty batavier and Diamondeye for the advice. Any tips on how I could specialize better? Also, I think I need help determining a good production city site. If I could get some help that would be great :D

A production city that's settled early should have a food source and a lot of hills. grassland hills are the best. Presence of good tiles such as horses/cow/metals make it better. A river is good because it helps with health and makes it easier to put down farms and you can build a levee later. try to leave 4 forests to lumber mill later. A few unworkable tiles are not a problem. It's quite a hammer investment in health and happiness buildings to get a size 20 city anyway.
The best location I can find is 2e1s of uppsala. Uppsala was no doubt found where it was to claim copper however. Build ONLY mines and farms in these cities and NO cottages, and later water mills or workshops. Windmills if you run out of food. A few production tiles in a cottage cities are forgivable, a cottage in a production city is an abomination.
You have plenty of cities with an enormous health surplus and reasonable production that lack forges and factories and also cottage cities without libraries. Birka was found on top of wheat. It's now limited at size 12 because of lack of food. It has +10 health and a useless aquaduct and hospital and no forge. The free specialist is wasted in many cities because they don't have the right kind of building.
There are still some forests that cities could work that have no lumbermills. 3NW of Nidaros is a location available that gets 3 food resources, a nice extra GP farm.
With biology and state property even plains will make a good production city, although grass is better. There's room for 3 more cities in your interior. You even have forests left you could chop to speed them along and there is still a barbarian archer walking around.
