To be fair, he hasn't won the case. I hope he loses and the judges fines him for being such an pillock. Fines for frivilous suits like this would be an extremely effective way of stopping them.

I can't understand why you are blaming this guy for the lawsuit, it is obviously the system's fault, the guy is just out for some cash, and i can't blame him.

Your judical system needs some major work when instead of having someone who studied the law for years upon years rule whtear a man is innocent or guilty you pluck juries right out of the street the averge joe who could hardly find america on the map.
