Romania and Hungary would have been free, if they didn't join Germany. Bulgaria would have been free as well.

If D-day fails:
1) Churchill's government would have fallen, & England would have made peace with Germany.
2) The US becomes disinterested in the war in Europe and signs a cease fire with Germany, focusing on its heightening war with Japan. Likely FDR is booted out in November.
3) The Italian campaign bogs down. France is given its independence in deal with British to end war.
4) German factorys and rail lines are reestablished. Instead of rolling through most of Poland, the Russians slog through it. Eventually the front stalemates as the Germans throw all of their military might against the Russians.
5) Dont know who would eventually win the war, Most likely the Russians, but it would have been even bloodier than it already was. Germany if it survived would have belonged to the Russians and only France and Italy (on the continent) would have been held by the former allies
