What is best Win8 Tablet for Civ V?

Does anyone here have any insight on what the best windows 8 tablet would be that could run Civ V decently?

I have always just played on PC, but I want something to play on the go.............I have Civ Rev on the iPhone, but that just doesn't really cut it for me

Anyone got any suggestions?

The dell convertable is slightly heavier than a tablet, but you need an intel i7 with at least HD 4000 GPU to enjoy the game. It will go through power fast though.
