Knowledge by far since Science is likely to remain King.

Not sure... The only % boosting science tech seen so far is a building that gives you a 10% bonus... and only if you have Xenomass...

I'm sure there are others... but CivV Science was king because of positive feedback

Writing=50% increase in science rate
Philosophy=~50% increase in science rate (declines as you expand but still)
Education=33% increase in science rate
Scientific Theory=33% increase in science rate

Rationalism boosts..unlocked by Science (not from ancient Era)

This makes me think they may have helped science not be king Quite as much.

that might also be a result of the tech web. In Civ 5 science was a pretty linear thing, you were either ahead or behind the curve. In BE the tech "tree" is pretty flat and broad. it basically depends on you if you stop and take a leaf tech and in which directions you research (with affinity as a broad indicator). so if you lack tech you might go straight to quite straight to the techs that help you win, but for a builder like me almost every tech yields some nice benefit one would like to have. So while i mght output more science, i might also meander more through the web, opimizing my economy. the flat amount of science you generate might not be as important as how you direct your research efforts in the end.

Why cant the OP contain a link to the full listing of virtues? We cant all keep up to date with all this juicy info and news :(

For me both Prosperity and Knowledge look good. Industry seems a little bland, and Might seem to be a rather too blunt force an approach for my tastes. However, I suspect I will have to know much more about Stem and Leaf Techs to figure out which Virtue Tree best fits my play-style.

I'm liking 20 prosperity, 5 industry (all tier 1 bonuses), rest in Knowledge.
