What map size do you play?

At wich map size do you play most?

I love huge maps, but I think the game becomes more difficult when having large masses of land, isn't it? And I always choose to have about 8 opponents, this is quite challanging to me. I'm currently playing at warlord and lost the two games I played on this level, now I am starting over and trying it again.

Since I moved on to warlord I noticed the opponet will actually start a war out of his selfs unlike when you play the game in the easy mode. Also they will capture a city if it's unprotected and they are in state of peace with you.

standard is the best size. not too little, not too big. fun size to play on.

Depends on my mood. I like long builder modern warfare games. But right now I'm playing on a small map, and it's pretty fun.

I find that the larger the map the easier the gameplay (but the longer it goes and you have more to manage).

I can finish a standard size map fairly quickly (I just don't have the time for the huge maps anymore).

Well since I switched from a 1.4 ghz AMD processer to a 3.2 ghz pentium 4, I went from large maps to HUGE, because like pounder I like alot of civs.

Edited map size: Standard (100x100) with 31 players
And for a real challenge, Very small with 31 players with 70% water Some of the civs dont even get a chance to create their capital

Small, that way I can finish a game before I get boerd, although the battles are a lot less fun.

Of course 31 players on a tiny pangea with 80% water is fun too.

HUGE! I like long big games were there are as many civs as can fit on the map.

Large for me. I like lots of civs, but on huge its just too hard microing and fighitng stc

Usually Small; on larger sizes MM becomes a pita.

Standard. Enough room that you're not cramped for territory to claim, but not so big that it will take forever to finish the game.

I like Huge maps, because trading is much easier. It's easier to catch up in science with a single monopoly tech.

I say huge. Since I say huge, it's the cool map to play for everyone and everyone should play huge cause I said so.
