What pet is the best??

Dogs are more loyal and affectionate than cats, who generally treat human's like scum unless they want something. However, the cat's superior cuteness allows it to get away with murder.

I agree with you on cats, but my cat always looks like he is dead. I keep checking to see if hes breathing. Plus my cat is quite fat. I cant post a picture because I dont have a digital camera or scanner at the moment, but really, he could be dead for a week before I notice. Thats why I like cats.

I dont like dogs. They drool, and are really dirty. They are WAY too dependent on humans, and go to the bathroom all over the place. They may be happy all the time, but at the same time, they tear your house to ruins. Then they have to be walked all the time. Dont get me wrong, I know how friendly and "cute" dogs can be, but they require a lot more maintenance than cats do.

I always like to tell my little brother that his dog would sell his soul for a chicken sandwich given the chance . Cats vs. Dogs, cats win hands down. But I stil perfer fish .

I voted for cats, they are easier for me to take care of as they don't requier as much attention as a dog does.

I think I'd prefer a cat to my dog just for the low maintenance factor. Problem is, I'm very allergic to cats, while dogs don't bother me at all.
The other problem with cats is that damn haughtiness. You have to keep a water gun handy to take the piss out of 'em once in a while.

While I do like my dog, I think my ideal situation would be no pets at all. My wife would never allow it though. And, of course, the universal rule of pets.....whoever in the house least wanted to get the pet in the first place will automatically end up being the one who does all pet-related chores.
