What program do you use for voice chat?

I want to activate voice chatting, and I will try it tonight, but from doing a quick search it seems the consensus is that the built in voice chatting program sucks.

So if you feel that way, what program do you use for voice chatting?

Some of the ones I've seen mentioned are Ventrilo, Skype, Teamspeak, and Gtalk. Do you have experience with any of these, and if so, which do you prefer and why?

Or do you think the built in voice chat is fine?

Any feedback is appreciated!

EDIT: ...oh yeah, if possible, something free is good! :)

I use TeamSpeak, and I often find that when I invite members in a game to join my clan's TS server, many of them already use the program themselves. Since it's already popular in the Civ4 community, I'd say it's your best bet!

Skype is good if there are just two of you as it's easier to get working and has beeter sound quality. Otherwise teamspeak is the one to go for!

As mentioned, Teamspeak and Ventrilo are the two best.

Ventrilo is the highest quality and best voice chat software out there. The client is free, but it you do have to pay for a server with more than 8 slots. (You can run your own 8 slot server for free)
