What should be in a Guide to City States?

The guide had been up for quite some time - see ShinigamiKenji's link two posts above yours. I asked about getting it pinned (I reported the guide) but got no response, so I figured it wasn't important enough to be pinned in this forum.

Feel free to post a link to it (I'm on my phone, I fear I'd mess something up if I tried to start a new thread and correctly add a link from here)
