What supplements do you take?

Are you back in that super extremely difficult course again? How's that going dude? I'm rooting for you!
Yes sir! Thank you! It's going much better this time. Very gnarly and fun.

Gonna try magnesium threonate (a form of magnesium that supposedly more easily crosses the blood brain barrier) & apigenin (concentrated extract of chamomile) when I get back to the states in a couple weeks.

Both those recommended by Huberman (great psychology/health podcaster, the long episodes can be a little dry but I always get @ least one or two actionable steps per 2-3hr segment)

Also want to try rhodiola rosea as a pre-workout.

And find a vegan DHA/EPA supplement (I'm not vegan but I don't trust fish oil sellers not to have mercury/microplastic content)

Unfortunately been pretty broke last six months so haven't taken much but that's the new stuff I'm gonna try. But being broke forces you to commit to fewer purchases which can be a positive.

Someday would be cool to get regular blood work to try & assess how things affect me but I have no insurance so I can't see doctor unless it's acute emergency (I bought foreigner insurance in UK)

none , done . thank You , Good Bye xD

I never took any before my kidney transplant, but magnesium, Vitamin D3, and Calcium Carbonate are all part of my med regimen now.

D3 is so damn cheap (£8 for 365 day supply) and nearly the whole population is deficient (especially those in cold climates w darker skin), kind of a no brainer

Now I just buy powder spices, and making my own mixture, so far it's really good. Like I got a really severe cough because my neighbor was heavily sick and my child not knowing her condition visited her home, then went back to the house, everyone in the house are fine except me who suffered heavily ill mostly the symptom are my chest hurt and later on it turned to cough. I used powder cloves, kemangi leafs powder, ginger, green sirih leaf, and others, and the effect is quite surprising I never think it will work because I mostly just took it to maintain my health not to cure ailment.

Within my collection I also have gotu kola, ashwagandha, macca root, pasak bumi/tongkat ali, pandan leaf, fenu greek and many others. Lol, I enjoy it so far.
