Who has a link to an XML download. I try to search for it and all this stupid crap comes up, all I want is a simple XML download! Is that so hard to ask!?!

Your posts don't make any sense. You can't just download an XML, that's just the name for a file format. You need to specify whether you want a specific XML file or an XML editor. If all you want to do is edit one of the existing XML files, all you really need is Notepad that comes with Windows. XML is just a text format that can be edited by any word processing program. You don't need anything fancy at all.
