What type of milk works best in coffee? Skim, whole or half & half?

Cream or whole. (no that's not a porn vid).

2%. better than skim but not cream either.

This is a trick question. Coffee is best black with no creamer or milk whatsoever.

I drink my coffee black with no sugar. When, once in a while, I go for cappuccino or caffelatte, I choose whole.

18% table cream.

Another black coffee drinker here, when I can get coffee. I don't have the money to spend on stuff I don't really need at the moment. Fortunately, I can get all the free coffee (from a local roaster, to boot! :yumyum: ) I want from the student commons at work. It's like Powder Milk Biscuits--it gives shy people like me the strength to do what needs to be done.

If it must have dairy stuff in it, then definitely cream.

why do you buy milk that isn't whole?

Unfortunately, many Americans are scared to death of a little saturated fat. So many wind up buying tasteless skim milk, low-fat cheese which doesn't taste much like cheese and huge tubs of margarine/vegetable oil spread instead of butter. Also partially hydrogenated vegetable oil is often substituted for lard when only the latter will do.

Homogenized milk only here for regular drinking and cereal and whatnot. 2% is for "kitty cats"

And then there's the 'White Water' for those who like a crayon dunked in water.

I prefer to have my coffee with a lot of sugar in it. I don't go for creamer.

I don't understand why something can smell so good but taste so bad. :yuck:

Whole Milk forever!

half and half or cream. whole is ok though.

Good coffee is good black.

I have no choice. At my house the coffee is super strong and my stomach feels terrible after drinking it without milk or cream.

breast milk, from humans.
