I'll probably start as the Netherlands with all the new civs to see all their leader screens and hear their music, while trying out the new game mechanics. The game after that I'll start trying out the new civs, with Portugal probably being the first one. And I'm very interested in Venice.

For everybody I recommend using France, seeing as you've already seen their leaderscreen and heard his music but you can experience a brand new civ at the same time.
