What's a Healing District and why can't I overbuild the Garden?

I don't know why i built the Motte and Garden in the same district, but i'm confused as to the district name and the inability to overbuild the garden.

Yes, there's not option to repair it as the Motte is a unique quarter and obsolete, i also waited several turms and nothing changed. I don't know if it's a game or a mod issue.

Motte is a unique building, not a unique quarter.

Motte counts as a Fortification, maybe that's causing problems.

I see you're in Modern Age, for some reason you cannot re-built your Ageless Uniques but you CAN re-buy them, try Buying and see if you can fix it that way.

My bad, i knew that, just wasn't thinking when i typed it.

I couldn't test to see if i can purchase another unique building to overbuild the Motte as I don't currently have enough gold, but I'll try testing it later.
I'm unable to overbuild the garden by either building or purchasing though as It doesn't give me the option, just the red circle with the line through it.

The district isn't healing, 20 turns later with no enemy troops nearby and it was still at 0/60.

You can't overbuild the Motte, since it's an Ageless thing, but you could possibly try and repair it by "purchasing" it again.
