What's another game where I can...

I've only played one game like this, a long time ago - it was called "Railroad Tycoon Deluxe".

I want another game, where I can run a company, trade stocks, buy back stock shares, issue corporate bonds, buy stock in other rival companies, attempt hostile take-overs, get rich as my stock share price appreciates & splits 2 for 1 as I grow my company, etc.

Somethin' like that. What else is out there, that's up this same alley...?

I think Capitalism 1 and 2 are your best bets. Google them. Capitalism 2 was fun for me, though I lost the damn CD and I only vaguely remember the game since it was long ago.

You can also play newer versions of Railroad Tycoon there have been two sequels

Pretty much any "Tycoon" game would have at least some of those elements. Do a search and see what you might like.

Um, I'm not entirely sure, but Monopoly Tycoon might be in that same mold.

Nay, you play on a monopoly board, I wish there was a free play in that game but it is only campaign mode.

Monopoly tycoon might not fit the mold but definitely is tons of fun. More light hearted and not as low level as what you are looking for. Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 is very detailed oriented down to what you want your burgers to have. Pretty deep management sim for something that looks juvenile. Gold edition is around 20 dollars now at Fry's.

Political Machine is also good if you want to delve into a campaigning sim.

If you are looking for something deeper, then I agree with Cleric's Captialism 2 suggestion. It has similar elements to what you mentioned (stocks, corporate takeovers). Graphics are wack but most civ players can care less about graphics.

Hell Tycoon, which is supposed to ship tomorrow (altough I highly doubt it since not even a screenshot has been leaked), should be an interesting take on the tycoon series if you are not offended by the content.

Casino Inc. and Vegas Tycoon are pretty good Vegas sims with the former geared more towards the adult audience.

Also be wary of tycoon games. A lot of them do suck so I highly recommend that you read the reviews first.

Who's your competition in that one?

If anyone's curious, here is the website: http://www.helltycoon.com/. I guess the point is to keep as many people from repenting as possible. Their most high profile game this company has put out was Moon Tycoon which got average reviews so I dunno if this will be any good.
