What's the point of 'Deny Reciept' in PM's?

When you request a read reciept for a PM you can track it's status. You know when it is sent that it is sitting in their inbox.

When someone clicks 'Deny Reciept' for your PM it removes it from your tracking. Instead of moving to 'Read by Recipient' it just disappears.

So what's the point? You know they've just clicked 'Deny Receipt', it tells you that they don't want you to know that they've read it, and that they have read it.

Or am I missing something??

Well ,could be usefull if someone is really anoying you ,not that many people ever need this ,because most people on this forum are genneraly not anoying ,but it makes a point.
I used it only once ,on Pellaken/weimar. :D

In your User CP you can make it so that no one can PM you, if that's what you mean.
