what's the site that checks for system requirements?

Hello all, I found in another thread last week a site that you can go to that checks your system for system requirements for various games.

Of course I can't find it now thanks to search being turned off.

Anyone know what I talking about?

dont trust it too much though, Civ IV box says 64MB minimum, SrTest says 32MB. I have GeForce 6600 and according to them, it doesnt have T&L and it's not a 3D card. Plus, a lot of people whose system way surpass the recommended req are having problems. And a good number of people with below recommended are playing without problems, but a good number << a lot (less than sign).
