What's wrong with CTP?

Does it suck as much as CTP 1?

well i keep on being told i am stupid for bying it, but thats ok coz i didnt by it, i dont by any games, the only game i ever bought was CIV2 and i dont think anyone in here will object to that, but i like it any way, CTP2 is very good (as long as u have an up to date comp to run it on) i play at least 5 times a week the servers are usually empty, But i have alot of players on my ICQ list so i can usually get a ame going (wether i am training members, or just playing for world domination against some freinds.) Well if you ever get it feel free to contact me or if u want a game of CTP1 or CIV2 (ill have to reinstall CIV2 but thats ok if ya wanna gamme.)

After playing or rather trying to figure out how to play the damn game, I felt it was a complete cargo load of elephant dung combined with the decomposing dead bodies of a million horses. In short it stank. The interface was the prime culprit and the length of the game made me shrink far,far away from it. It occupied so much space on my disk that I barely had place for other stuff.The unit movement, trade concept, AI,units and Wonders confused me badly and I could'nt figure out how to get ahead in the game. At first I really thought it was civ3, but I was absolutely chagrined to find out it was not a SID MEIER creation(may his tribe increase). I suggest that all CTP players should burn their CD's and go out to buy Civ2 Gold.

Let’s look at why “straiight away ppl started on” you, why don’t we.

I believe your first post on this site started with the phrase “Look all u lil BI*CHS out there its tim to move on get over CIV2”

First person to respond to this message, you called a “loser”

You then made a post in the Civ3 thread about CTP and called the first person to respond “stupid”, “********,” and “on of those nitwits”.

CTP obviously raises the ire of quite a few people around here, and many of the comments about it have been somewhat rude and dismissive. But childish flaming like the stuff you posed will pretty much ensure a negative repsonse.

Add to that the fact that you refuse to even attempt to use proper spelling, punctuation, or grammar (your exact words were “i dont give a f--k if ppl think im illiterate, thats my choice so f--k them all”) so that others can understand what you are trying say further diminishes your credibility.

Reading over some of your posts, I see that you often had a valid point about CTP and Civ, but the way you acted virtually guaranteed the type of response you got, so stop blaming everyone else.
