Same here. Bread just doesn't taste quite right outside the Germanic realm.

If you count Scandinavia as part of the Germanic realm I'll agree with you.

As for me, my current preferences are for my own home-baked rye bread, and for Wasa's crispy stuff (the oats version in particular). Fiber all the way, baby!
