Where are my art files?

Hi, does anyone have an idea why I cannot find any unit, leaderhead art in Civ 4/assests/art?

It's actually in the compressed *.fpk files under the previous directory, Civilization 4\Assets. You can find the information for extracting them in this thread:

Is there an unpacker for Win 98? Probably not.

I might just have to ask for someone to email me the dds file I want to mod if that is legal.

Lol, Civ 4 doesnt support Win 98, it only supports all OS starting from Win ME/2000.
