Where can old patches be found?

The first post of the FfH2 Bug Thread has the link to the latest patch. If you examine the target of that link you will see that it is something like:

http://kael.civfanatics.net/files/FfH2041m.exe

In that example, the letter "m" is the letter designation of the patch (ie Patch M). To download an earlier patch, change that letter to the letter of the patch you want, and type the changed address into your browser's address bar. For example, to download Patch K, you would type:

http://kael.civfanatics.net/files/FfH2041k.exe

If this does not work then there could be a connection problem or else the patch you are looking for may no longer be available from the official source.

Unless I got really, really lucky before..patch M bugs the Avatar of Wrath event. I've played maybe 10 games where the Avatar is created and not one got stuck on "waiting for other civs.." until this patch. Going to test out my luck with previous version that I had until I reinstalled everything yesterday.

I had that problem too but I found a solution without having to change your version. You just have to make sure everyone is at war. That way all the little enraged dudes have somebody try to attack when they go berzerk.
