Where is the ArtDef for the Nilometer (Nubia Nile scenario)?

can't find it in either the Nubia DLC or the Scenario DLC. Very weird. Any ideas? I found the artdefs for the other unique buidlings in that scenario (obelisk, shrine, amun temple). I also found the Landmarks artdef for the Nilometer...but not the Buildings one
