where should i install patch 0.16a?

i have downloaded and installed patch 0.16a in my civ4 mod folder.
when i enter the game the mod says "fall from heaven 2 016".
where should i install the patch?

You did it just right...

The subversions dont show on the starting screen.
The 015k was an exception...

Basicly you are always shown the version of the 200+ MB install
