Where to find (JFD) Soviet Union XML?

This question might be in the wrong section, but I was wondering if anyone knew where I could possibly find the XML file for Jfd's Soviet Union, as I was planning on trying to create a Vox Populi oriented version of it (with credit of course). So if anyone would happen to know if JFD has that laying around? I completely understand if he doesn't, and it that case, is there any way I should contact him? There doesn't seem to be a private message option on this website.

No error message, I'm just trying to find a downloadable version of the Soviet Union xml.

Have you looked on JFD's Civ5 civilizations thread ? https://forums.civfanatics.com/threads/jfd-and-janborutas-civilisations.474393/

JFD does not generally code in XML, however. He codes in SQL. So if you don't understand SQL the files won't be of much value to you.

Doesn't seem to be a direct individual download for the Lenin version. The Lenin version may or may not be included on JFD's 'packaged' download page where all his civ5 mods can be downloaded from Dropbox (or is it Goolgedrive ?) all in one download.

In the civ thread, look at the first message and click the Google Drive link. There is a folder for out of date civilizations .
