Where's the BNW manual?

So I pre-ordered and own BNW, and I love it so far, but there's one thing bothering me: where's the pdf manual? G&K had one, why not BNW?

Civpedia is also very poorly updated. If I didn't read a ton of previews, I would seriously have no idea how tourism/trade routes worked.

Yeah seriously. Would be nice to have a pdf manual with all the changes in one place that I could read offline where and when I want. Every other civ game/expansion has a manual.

And there is a PDF version of CiV+G&K on my desktop. Can't remember where I got it from, but it was probably Steam. It might not appear immediately, though it should be in the downloads.

Out of curiosity, does the physical copy of BNW come with a manual? I ordered digital.
