now thats just... well, well, well... China had many capable leaders. Empress Wu, maybe was not that great, but she certainly is a candidate if they want a female leader. at least CHina didn't fall to pieces during her reign.
other qualified leaders for China's third leader (if they do put one in):
- Xuanzong - sudenly forgot who the guy was... he was creative in some way
- Taizong (Tang dynasty): Arguably most capable Tang Emperor, set forth much domestic and foreign policy stuff
- Taizong (Song dynasty): Very humane ruler
- Yongle - Ming dynasty ruler whos international-exploring expeditions *almost* made China the world power if he hadn't been such a wimp around his ministers
- Kangxi - Qing Emperor;humane, expanded empire, very smart and very strong

- Qianlong - Qing Emperor, grandson of Kangxi; similar to grandfather, but kinda overly-conservative at end of reign
- Wudi - Han Emperor, expanded Han Empire to greatest extent
- Zhuge Liang - not leader per se, but Prime Minister of the Shu Kingdom during the THreâ Kingdoms, arguably
the or one of the most bestest generals in Chinese history and all history for that matter
there. tons of qualified leaders. not just "dynasties and stuff"

China should have a third leader. but i can see why if they put in more leaders for Spain and Japan.
