I'm wondering is in this package included Printed manual and if there is something else please tell me because I don't know if is it worth of buying!
Manual is on first place.Here's the box picture:

No, that box doesn't have the manual, except in PDF, which sucks. The Civ 3 manual is huge, so if you want it you need to get the cardboard-boxed version.

It's fairly thick, cardboard and it looks like this:

Unfortunately, the budget version has largely replaced the lovely one above, so you may have to endure a pdf manual.

Actually, you don't really need to worry about the included manual in CivIII - many parts of it don't give you the *greatest* strategy. Instead, I would direct you to this strategy guide by Chieftess and Friedrich Psitalon (it's for C3C, but it applies to vanilla civ as well).

This looks like the vanilla civ 3, which isn't worth buying. Get "CIV3 Complete" instead which includes two expansion packs.

Paying 30 bucks for such old games is milking it IMO.

Try to find a discount original vanilla civ3 and conquests, those are the only two you'll need.
Patches etc can be found online.

Civ3 complete has NOTHING more then when you would buy the two seperate, and you don't even need PTW, included in conquests.

A few months ago I was looking for the game in the stores and somebody tried to sell me Civ3 golden edition and then the conquests expansion; I told him I refused to pay 30 bucks for a 4 year old game and an expansion included in the other 30 bucks costing expansion Conquests.

Civ3 Complete = $39.99
or
Vanilla civ = $9.97
Conquests = $19.99
Total = $29.96

All prices are from Amazon.com - I realize you are from Serbia's area, so the prices may not be as cheap/similar - I don't know. What I do know, is judging from this, buying Vanilla civ + C3C is cheaper than Complete. I don't know if it's meant to be that way...but go with the best deal! :)

Go for the best deal and get them separately, $40 is milking it.

I say Civilization 3 Deluxe.It includes Civ 3 vanilla and Conquests and its 30$.Is it original since I haven't heard anything about Civ3 Deluxe version.

i have thought about buying an expansion pack,but i'm not sure should i buy complete,gold,deluxe,PTW or conquests. :confused:

If you already have regular civ, just go with conquests :)
It has PTW in it.

Complete= gold= deluxe= all in one

Yeah, don't worry about complete if you're already playing Vanilla Civ3.

OT: Saw Complete at wal mart today. Impressive box. Had a nice little window and you could see the three discs (not the discs I have) inside. Almost bought it cuz it was so pretty.

Okay, so I'm a fanboy....

Can anyone comment on what comes in the Civ3: Complete box? Is there a hard copy of the manual? This will be my first Civ3 purchase and having a physical manual to read will be nice. What comes in the Conquests box?
