Which existing civ will get the most out of G&K?

I believe Denmark. Because of crazy OP longships, and because berserkers are already crazy powerful (18 strength, 3 moves), so the extra durability of units plus the 100hp will help them. Otherwise, England, as everybody has said.

And I believe that France may be nerfed, if Foreign Legions replace WWI infantry instead of WWII infantry, in the sense that they will now become obsolete.

What longships? Do you just mean Danish embarked units?

Yeah, that's just their graphical representation. I just didn't feel like precising their disembarking bonus that just got better because they won't be subject to random destruction as soon as some enemy floating piece of wood gets close to their embarked army.

England for the improved naval combat, extra spy, and longbow upgrades.

Id also like to see the ship of the line buffed a bit more to something like 20 ranged strength, and give their UA a bonus to Great Admiral producion.

Also the top left Commerce policy should be improved to provide a free great admiral too.
