Which manual patches for complete Civ IV please?

Hi I'm probably just gonna get the complete Civ IV for my laptop I'm getting. However I don't have net access except to download patches from a net cafe. Could anyone please tell me which patches I need to manually download? Also is there a no-DVD crack since it's for a laptop?
