Which patch is current latest?

I resumed playing some Civ (gathering storm) past couple weeks on iPad and realized it’s missing at least the Dec 2020 patch (maybe previous one or 2 also?), so I’m thinking about playing on my Mac instead (steam). What’s the latest patch on Mac version, and has the Mac gotten any later patches than the iPad version?

Currently the Mac Steam version is updated contemporaneously with the PC version. I don’t track the Mac App Store version but I assume it is more-or-less up-to-date after App Store review delay. The iPad version has not yet gotten any of the NFP updates.
