Which terrain (and version) to base the cities in?

Moved on to making a first pcx, and in the Firaxis bad terrain it is like this for the unwalled #1:

Which terrain is most used? Some version of Ares? (and if so which one, dl link etc ).

indeed ares has a nice field terrain suitable for the developped agriculture of greece and with meditaranean flavour
