Howdy,

Apologies if this has been asked before, or if it's actually a feature I'm not aware of, but why is the sacrifice population button greyed out even they I have Slavery enabled, along with an available population?

Thanks!

You have a whipping problem? Sounds personal, man. You should be talking to a psychologist, not a bunch of gamers on a forum.

... But yeah, in all seriousness, I have no idea, either. When you drag your cursor over rushing with coins it tells you what you need - but for whipping it doesn't say anything. Does that mean whipping is disabled in this mod in favor of the slave specialist? Yet this wouldn't make much sense because that would the Manor and Sacrificial Altar buildings useless.

:Edit:

A search for "whip" under the RoM forum yields the following quote from Aforess:

"Whipping got disabled because the AI was terrible with it. They would suicide their cities to population 1. It got buffed in other ways to make up for this."

This might just be in AND (I don't know if you're using AND, but I am). So yeah, basically, Manor and Sacrificial Altar are just supporting a removed feature, I guess. I suppose this was overlooked.

Yep, I'm using a new dawn. That explains it I guess.
