It's a May 1 parade. The guy they interview at the end is Janos Kadar, ruler of Hungary from 1957-1988.

I guess you were thinking on me when saying 'hungarian nationalist'. Well, I could start another debate about what nationalism means, whether it is good or not and whether it is appropriate to call someone else who's discussing with you a nationalist, but I won't.
