Just a simple poll to find out who has PTW and who still plays normal civ. When I talk about specific units or things that relate to PTW, I want to know how many people there are that can relate with what I'm talking about. So here goes..

For some reason I can't ever vote in polls:

No, waiting for Conquests.

GK: I don't know why you can't vote, but I edited the poll to include yours. ;)

I have PTW (and have had it for a year :) ).

And I am seriousl y awaiting Conquests! :D

Meltone: I think you will find that a significant percentage of the "regular" posters here have PTW. Certainly nearly all of the "Old Hands" will have it. (Except for the poor Mac users - they got left out in the cold :( )

Thanks Padma!

Beats me, I've even tried the tried & true keep trying until it works method.;) Nothing!

I just bought a copy of Civ3 Game of the Year Edition, about 4-5 months ago. So I decided it would probably be a better move to just wait for Conquests. So, I guess I'm still waitin.

I don't have PTW. I just play Vanilla Civ

GK,

Open up explorer and you will be able to vote :) I have to do the same.

Anyway...I have PTW. And will have Conquests too. ;)

I got PTW the day it came out and have enjoyed it for hours on end. It is an entertainment bargain if you consider the hours of enjoyment/price ratio!

Hi,

I got both games (Civ III and PTW) together in a single package for a pretty good price 39€.

This is the first turn-based game that I have bought and I must say that I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.

I am also waiting for the Conquests ADD ON but I am worried that my PC will be way too slow to play it i.e. 350MHz PentiumII.

I have got PTW since it cames to Portugal.
Will have C3C when it arrives here ... maybe next year :(

I got PTW too.[dance] It was only about $14.99 (US) when I bought it. When the price is that low, it would be hard for me to resist. ;) As for Conquest, I will get it whenever it goes on sale for $20 or less (I won't be in any hurry getting it).;)

I have PTW. First civ3 was too slow in my last computer. Thankfully PTW runned a lot better in that machine.

My game is in French, and ive got a mac so i havent so much choice to upgrade my old version (1.21g) of civ3:cry:

and i dont know what mean PTW (as my signature said "im just a bad player):help:

hawai: please use the "Edit" button above your post rather than string mutiple short posts together. ;) --Padma
