We know all but one of the Civs in vanilla Civ V. So now there is only one space left for peoples hopes for those Civs that get in, which one would you like to see most and why? (I've tried to include as large a selection as possible)

Pretty sure the vikings are already in.

No not the HRE,but why not Austria or Hungary or even Poland?

Ethiopia... the first modern nonwhite army to defeat a European civilization. Also existed fro over a Millenia, and had a few golden ages. Africa needs more love.

No I quite agree please not the HRE, it was Germany, from 1512 its official name was even "Holy Roman Empire of the German Nation" but I included it because it was in BTS.

Sorry about forgetting Austria, Hungary and Poland, I couldn't remember everyone.

I'd say I'll give Persia and Spain my votes, since they are the most deserve in my opinion. But my personal preference is for Persia, so, sorry, Spain.

I voted Sumeria, the cradle of civilization. But if I were to predict, I'd predict Persia.

I voted for Sumeria (they were the first civilization and all) though I would also like to see Persia in the game.

Did you really need to include THAT many options in the poll? You could've kept it as only realistic options. As if they'd add Canada, Mexico, Thailand, Vietnam, etc. over Spain or Persia.

Indeed, but this asks which Civs people want and makes no judgements on feasibility. It's all the Civs that I could think of that have been in one version of Civ +5 more I've seen proposed in the forums at some point.

True, and someone did vote for Canada, so you win. :goodjob:

No Austria or Poland but Canada and the HRE...?

Somebody wasn't here when BtS came out.

If Spain doesnt make it in the 18 civ first cut it would be a true disgrace to the game and an insult to history.

Native Americans. A viable entity until the 19th century. A strong culture, and a beautiful existance on the best continent.

OP should have included a Polynesian option to vote, if there was enough space.

That said, I'll be very disappointed if they don't include Persia in the main Civ 5 game. My vote goes to Persia before any other civilization.

I'm just sad that Persia and Spain have to contend for my vote. They're both very deserving civilizations, and yet somehow one of them (or, heaven forbid, both of them) will have to be out.
