I am pleasantly surprised to find a new minion...I name Anielewicz director of the ADCOF (Anti-DRA Covert Operation Force), a division of the H.I.V.E.

DRA is not elevated to a offical department of Civfanaitcs/smac world govenrment, by I, cyborg maximun leaders, because Spycatcher and Playa Del Carmen are much sexier than Yang & Kundor, and we all know how much help us cyborgs need in that department. I try to take out the factions with female leaders last, since I'm such a gentleman. That exepts Miriam, of course, wouldn't have that ugly owl around....
