Talk about a feature/benefit that SHOULD be available:

Wouldn't it be nice to disable the popup regarding when opposing nations go to war/peace against other nations? How about it only exclude those nations that you do not have an alliance or mutual protection pact with? Has this been mentioned before?

how about the popup that says "our treasury is running dangerously low"

in the first, say, 30 turns i sometimes get that, depending on the starting pos.
