Why did i get Wonders of the Ancient World for free

Hello,

Just like the title says, I only purchased basic Civ V game when they were on sale on Steam for $7.50 but I am getting The Mausoleum of Halicarnassus, the Statue of Zeus, and the Temple of Artemis.

Did they make this free for everyone like Mongolian civilization?

I'm not complaining or anything but just curious...

I didn't got it for free

I olso had the same issue with denmark DLC I suddenly had it for free.

And I didn't got a notification of steam that I still need to pay

However I did checked out the DLC and put it in my shopping car but I didn't checked out because I wasn't sure about it and the next day I got it for free strange

Did anyone else get DLC for free in the sale? Seems like a huge slap in the face to everyone who bought Civ V previously at full retail price.
