Personally I think it's lack of intelligence. Non lolbertarian MRA's and Non-MRA lolbertarians are both almost always incredibly stupid people as it is, so there's an easy overlap between the two right off the bat.
Besides that, though, is demographics. Based on what I've seen the vast, vast majority of the MRA community are white males between 15-30. The same can be said for lolbertarians.
The funniest part of it is, at face value to a third party, many of the very thing's MRA's preach for and the things lolbertarians preach for are actually contradictory. MRA's are always talking about how we need to fund more money into things that will help men, and the lolbertarian message is the government basically shouldn't help anybody.
